By using Fess Up you agree to these terms. They are short on purpose.

The game

Fess Up is a party game for friends. Each player adds true stories, the stories are shown without names, and everyone guesses who wrote them.

Be decent

• The same goes for chat. Keep the banter friendly. Do not bully or harass other players.
• Do not post anything threatening, hateful, harassing or illegal.
• Do not post sexual content involving minors, or anything that exploits anyone.
• Do not share other people's private details, such as full names, addresses, phone numbers or private records, in a way that could hurt them.
• Do not try to break the game, read stories you are not supposed to see, or overload the service.

Stories and chat messages are written by players, not by us. You are responsible for what you post. Only post stories you are comfortable having the room read, since players will see them during the game.

Our right to act

We can remove rooms, stories or players, or block access, if we think the rules above are broken or the service is being abused.

Age

You must be at least 13 to use Fess Up.

No promises

Fess Up is provided as is. It may be slow, change, break or go away. We do not promise it will always work or that your game will be saved.

Limit of liability

To the fullest extent the law allows, we are not responsible for losses or damages from using Fess Up, including anything other players post or do.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, USA.

Changes

We may update these terms. If you keep using the game after a change, you accept the new version.
